This position will be responsible for building, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships to grow sales and gross profit margin and overall profitability. The Account Manager will be held accountable for effective and efficient utilization of time, equipment, materials or personnel of a small group.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintain and increase sales to existing customers in assigned territory.
•Analyze customer needs for additional sales opportunities.
•Maintain and grow strategic accounts at a local level.
•Develop and execute sales plans and goals designed to increase sales, profits, market share and minimize expenses.
•May direct and manage Route Manager activity to support and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
•Identify and establish new accounts.
•Develop plan and close leads from Inside Sales, Route Manager or other sources.
•Maintain and upgrade selling skills and technical/product knowledge for all TruckPro products, services and processes.
•Inform management of any service complaints. Assist customers in resolutions.
•Perform other tasks as assigned.

•Prior experience utilizing digital sales tools and CRM software.
•Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write general business and financial correspondence, reports, regulations and instructions.
•Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, intermediate Excel skills desired.
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred.
•Candidates must have a minimum of three to four years of related work experience.
•Minimum three to four years of experience in sales, operations or related field.
•Heavy duty industry experience strongly preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
