Excellent Contract Opportunity 40 Hours Per Week?
- Assist in preparation and execution of biweekly payroll
- Assist with timecard administration including timecard review, reporting, and corrections
- Processing new hires and terminations
- Ad hoc payroll processing including tax and direct deposit changes
- Respond professionally and timely to incoming phone calls, emails and/or faxes.
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll administration preferred
- Qualified candidates must have strong verbal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
- Proficient computer skills are critical, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ADP and/or Oracle is a plus
- The individual applying for this position must be able to work in a multi task environment and understand the confidential nature of the department's purpose in the Bank.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
